One-on-one pad work between an instructor and student

Private instruction, for martial arts or personal training, built entirely around what you want to work on. Some people use it to get comfortable before joining a group class. Others use it to move faster, prepare for a rank test, or work on something specific that a group class cannot spend an hour on.

What you will learn

In this class.

Your pace

No waiting for a class to reach the material you care about, and no feeling rushed past something you have not got yet.

Your goals

Self-defense for a specific worry, rank progression, competition prep, or general fitness. The hour is yours.

Your schedule

Arranged by appointment rather than fixed class times, which helps if evenings do not work for you.

Undivided attention

Every correction is about you. Progress per hour is simply faster than in a group.

A typical class

What to expect.

Structured around whatever you booked it for. The first session usually starts with a conversation about goals and an honest assessment of where you are starting from.

Your first class is free. Wear comfortable athletic clothes, bring water, and arrive a few minutes early so we can show you around.
